The Caveman Diet – Otherwise Known as Paleo

paleodiet

You can see why the Paleo diet has got its nicknames of “The Caveman Diet”, “The Stoneage Diet” and even “The Huneter-gatherer Diet” when you consider that it is a nutritional diet based on the assumed diets of animals from the paleolithic age.

While that may sound quite terrible, the Paleo diet consists of fresh fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, roots and meat and is considered very healthy. This is especially true considering it leaves out dairy products, refined sugar, legumes, processed oils and salt.

Of course one of the wonderful things about art is that it’s totally subjective. While I may like something other won’t and vice versa, surely everyone would appreciate this. Right?

Dog Shower

dogshower

For the dog that has everything!

Now you can stop breaking your back bending over in the bath or shower and wash your dog in their very own shower. Alternatively just grab the garden hose for a cheaper alternative!

If you have trouble getting your dog to behave in the shower or at any time, why not consider home training?

Canadian Northern Lights

northernlights

I never get bored of seeing the northern lights. It must rank as one of the most beautiful scenes on the planet.

This shot was taken over Canada and is made perfect with the fir trees in the foreground.

Unfortunately my trip to Norway in 2007 to see the northern lights was too cloudy and we didn’t get to see them in person. Maybe next time!

Want to see them for yourself? You can win the vacation of your lifetime by entering your email address here. Good luck!
